The 5 exclusive Tree houses are spread in a dense jungle of 21 acres merging into the jungles of finest tiger reserves of the world. It is not uncommon to spot animals from the privacy of ones balconies which overlook the tiger reserve and the Bandhavgarh Fort. Designed in a fetching fusion of traditional jungle living and contemporary design, the tree houses are self contained and perfect getaway for a couple that is fanatical about privacy. The bedrooms are furnished with understated accessories in natural and earth tones. Specially designed Suzuki jeeps accompanied by a trained English speaking resident naturalist will ensure comfortable and experienced interpretation of the park. All Tree houses have been made by local staff using regularized wood. Local craft knowledge and expertise has been used at all quarters to ensure that the Tree Houses blend harmoniously with nature.

All tree houses have modern attached bathrooms with 24 hrs h/c water, living area, mini bar, split ACs with 100% power back up, mosquito netting, writing table & chair, and loungers in the balconies.

The Lodge also has Hides overlooking a water hole frequented by wild animals.

  1. The above rates are quoted for per couple only.
  2. Extra bed for one adult (above 18 years) will cost 40% extra.
  3. CHILD POLICY:
     . Child from 16-18 years - 40% of couple cost.
     . Child from 5-15 years - 25% of couple cost.
     . Child below 5 years – complementary.
  4. Items of personal use (like phone calls, laundry, internet, shopping, etc.) are not a part of the package.
  5. Cancellation charges – Rules apply.

Cancellation Policy : Duration Refundable Policy 48 hours and less Nil Refund 1 week - 48 hours 50% refund 1 month - 1 week 75% refund 1 month & more 90% refund 10% cancellation will be charged on all bookings.

Important Note : Children below 5 years complimentary in the same room. Children between 5 – 15 years at 25% the cost of the double package in the same room. (Upgrade to 2 rooms subject to availability on 2 paying children). Above 15 years at 40% the cost of the double package. Above packages valid for Indian Residents only. Above packages not valid for Christmas and New Years. 50% advance at the time of booking and balance 1 week before the date of travel in Delhi office. No adjustments or refunds in case of not availing any facility from the package. Extension available on pro rata basis. Extra safari booked at the lodge is subject to availability at the Tala Zone
